    • Enjoy free international shipping on any purchase over HK$1,500.For purchases below HKD$1,500, shipping costs may vary, depending on the size, weight and delivery destination of the order.
    • Deliveries outside of Hong Kong S.A.R. and Mainland China may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. These charges are bear by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. It is suggested that you check with local authorities before placing an order.
    • For Hong Kong customer, if you would like to pickup at SF Express store or service centre, please fill in the shipping address with the SF Express pickup point information, http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/other_services/sf_station/sf_station_network/ .
    • Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays of Hong Kong S. A. R. only), subject to availability.
    • Deliveries within Hong Kong S.A.R. and to Mainland China normally takes within 3-5 business days, subject to the schedule of delivery service providers.
    • Deliveries outside of Hong Kong S.A.R. and Mainland China, may take around 7 business days, subject to the schedule of delivery service providers.
    • A tracking number for shipment will be provided once your order has left our warehouse.
    • The shipping policy may vary from time to time and myKUNI is not obliged to inform you of any changes in policy.
    • myKUNI is not responsible for any loss and damages of your orders during the delivery process, or any delays of delivery.
    • myKUNI is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information.

    • At present, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges.
    • However, in the rare occasion of manufacturing faults, we are happy to accept and exchange the faulty item. Please email us at info@mykuni.com within 2 days upon receiving your order.
    • Please be aware that faulty items must be returned within 5 days upon receiving your order, in its original packing and condition, unused, unwashed, and together with the original receipt.
    • myKUNI has the final decision as to whether to accept any return of order and/or exchange.
